Dr. Abdul Rehman Khan

Dr. Abdul Rehman Khan is a renowned educationist and social development expert with over 25 years of professional experience with various national and international academic and socioeconomic development institutions in Pakistan and abroad. His academic and development interests include sustainable development; education planning and policy; higher educational administration; role of higher education in socioeconomic development. He is currently serving Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) as its Pro Vice-Chancellor.
Dr. Khan is a Fulbright Scholar with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Development Studies/Education/Public Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA), and two MA degrees – MA in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA), another MA in Sustainable International Development, from the Heller School for Policy and Management, Brandies University (USA).
