Copyright Transfer

• Copyright Ownership: Upon acceptance of an article for publication, the authors agree to transfer the full copyright to the International Journal of Refugee, Minority, and Gender Studies (IJRMGS) and the International Centre for Refugees and Migration Studies (ICRMS).

• The journal retains the exclusive right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the article in all formats and media.

Author Rights & Self-Archiving

• While the journal holds the copyright, authors retain the right to use their own work for non-commercial academic purposes, such as teaching, inclusion in a thesis or dissertation, or sharing with colleagues.

• Authors are permitted to deposit the published PDF version of their article in non-commercial institutional repositories, provided a clear citation and link to the original publication on the IJRMGS website are included.

Protection of Scholarly Integrity

• Plagiarism and Fabrication: IJRMGS screens all manuscripts for plagiarism before publication. Any work found violating ethical standards will be rejected or retracted.

• The journal reserves the right to make corrections to or retract published articles in cases of error, fraud, or ethical violations.
